By using DekhoOnline, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform for users to list and discover items/services. We are not a party to transactions between users.

1. User Accounts

2. Posting Ads and Listings

3. Buy Sell Swap Rules

Users are encouraged to meet in person in safe, public locations to complete transactions. Always inspect items before payment. DekhoOnline does not offer payment protection or shipping services.

4. Jobs and Services Listings

Job listings must be for legitimate employment opportunities. Service listings must follow professional standards and local regulations. Scam or "get rich quick" schemes are strictly prohibited.

5. Auction Listings

If participating in auctions, you agree to the specific rules of the auction feature. Winning bids are considered a binding agreement to complete the transaction.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not list illegal goods, weapons, controlled substances, stolen property, counterfeit items, or any other products/services prohibited by law or our internal safety policies.

7. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

We use automated systems and manual review to detect fraud. Any attempt to scam users, harvest data, or disrupt the platform will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove user content that violates these terms, is offensive, or is deemed harmful to the community.

9. Dispute and Liability

DekhoOnline is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from user interactions or transactions. Any legal dispute between users must be resolved between the parties involved.

10. Platform Usage Rules

You agree not to use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the platform. You must not attempt to bypass security measures or interfere with the proper working of the site.

11. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform. Suspended users are prohibited from creating new accounts.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DekhoOnline operates. Any legal actions against DekhoOnline must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
